ABOUT SWIFT
Trading is one way in.
Swift is a novel experiment in shared exchange economics. A place for traders and token stakers to participate in the same ecosystem.
MORE PARTICIPANTS.
A SHARED ECONOMY.
THE IDEA
Participation should
go beyond the position.
Some people want leveraged market exposure. Others want to stake a token and participate in the activity an exchange generates. Swift gives both a way in.
The protocol’s design connects trading with two distinct staking pools. You choose how to participate; the mechanics explain how eligible fees are shared.
Different ways to participate.
Trade, stake SWIFT, or permanently convert some SWIFT into swiftX. These are alternatives, not required steps.
More goes to participants.
The two staking pools receive 55% of eligible protocol fees. The platform retains 45%.
Designed for HyperEVM.
Trading and swiftX are planned on HyperEVM. SWIFT is specified on Ethereum mainnet; cross-network settlement remains a launch requirement.
TWO TOKENS. DISTINCT ROLES.
SWIFT and swiftX.
SWIFT
FIXED-SUPPLY · ETHEREUM MAINNET
Stake SWIFT to participate in its fee pool. No leveraged position or trading loss is required. Staking does not burn your tokens.
11% of total eligible protocol fees to its staking pool.
swiftX
PARTICIPATION TOKEN · HYPEREVM DESIGN
Minted through eligible realised losses or permanent SWIFT burns. Stake swiftX for its fee pool and qualifying bankroll-surplus distributions.
44% of total eligible protocol fees to its staking pool.
A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING
Does swiftX refund a trading loss?
No. Eligible realised trading losses can mint swiftX under the emission curve. This creates a separate path to participation; it does not repay the loss or guarantee future rewards.
Do I have to trade before staking SWIFT?
No. SWIFT staking is a separate route. You do not need to open a leveraged position or incur a trading loss to participate in the SWIFT staking pool.
Can I combine staking and conversion?
Yes. The design allows you to keep part of your SWIFT staked and permanently burn another part to receive swiftX. Burned SWIFT leaves the supply and stops earning SWIFT staking rewards.
Are these Hyperliquid perpetual positions?
No. Swift’s design uses synthetic positions against its own protocol bankroll. Hyperliquid supplies the reference-price infrastructure; it does not automatically back or guarantee Swift payouts.
Is Swift live?
No. This is the pre-launch website. Trading, staking and conversion remain in development. Verified contracts, launch settings and cross-network settlement details must be published separately.
